Your Visit

Our office is located at 1402 S. Elliott Ave., Aurora, MissouriIf this is your first visit to our office, it won’t take long to see that we do things a little differently. First and foremost, we get to know you, not just your medical history. We also learn about your past dental experiences, your reasons for coming to see us, and your goals for your smile. It might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 60-minute new patient visit with Dr. Shirley, but the time of your appointment has been reserved especially for you. We want to ensure that you receive a thorough consultation and have plenty of time to ask our team any questions you may have.



We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointment on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable!

We only deviate from our schedule in the event of dental emergencies that must be taken care of immediately. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please kindly give us at least 24 hours notice.


Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. For established patients, we also offer payment plans for large comprehensive cases. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so that all of our patients—regardless of age, income, and dental insurance—can receive the care they need and desire.

Dental Insurance

We are a very insurance-friendly office and we will be happy to help you maximize your benefits. Call us about your plan! Please bring your insurance information with you to your first visit. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. As a courtesy to you, we file all claim forms, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.

Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company, and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.
